The bartender advises customers, takes orders and serves food and beverages at the bar. He also collaborates with the other members of the dining room team to provide customers with an exceptional experience.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Set up the bar to ensure that you have all the necessary products and equipment;
Greet customers with courtesy;
Take orders from customers or servers;
Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages;
Prepare invoice and collect payment;
Perform the bar inventory and order for missing products;
Keep the bar clean;
Assist the room service team, when necessary;
Ensure customer satisfaction and receive complaints, if any.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same or similar position;
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines and coffees;
Excellent approach to customer service;
Demonstrated ability to work in a team;
Ability to work under pressure;
Evening and weekend availability;
Good sense of organization;
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
